Westchester County
Estate towns and village life: stone manors behind old hedges, colonials on quiet lanes, and main streets that still close early. From Bronxville to Bedford, Westchester offers the rare pairing of countryside bearing and a short ride to Grand Central.
This is the firm’s home county — our office sits in Eastchester — and the market we know street by street.
Rockland County
The river towns. Nyack, Piermont, and their neighbors step down wooded hillsides to the widest stretch of the Hudson, with Victorian porches, working main streets, and light off the water at the end of the day.
West of the river the county opens into lake communities and quiet hamlets, minutes from the parkland of Harriman and Bear Mountain.
Putnam County
Countryside and quiet. Cold Spring and Garrison hold the Hudson Highlands’ most storied ground, while the county’s interior keeps its farms, lakes, and long views largely to itself.
For those who want acreage, silence, and a train line within reach, Putnam is the Lower Hudson Valley at its most unhurried.
New York City
Residences in the city: brownstones on tree-lined blocks, prewar co-ops with rooms that were drawn generously, and newer towers above the parks.
