Hudson Mercer is a boutique brokerage based in Eastchester, New York, serving the Lower Hudson Valley — Westchester, Rockland, and Putnam counties — and New York City. The firm was formed around a small group of agents who believe the work is done properly or not at all.
We take on fewer engagements so that each receives the attention it deserves. Pricing is grounded in evidence, counsel is given plainly, and no client is handed off.
The name on the door is a commitment. Every property we represent is prepared with care, presented honestly, and negotiated as if it were our own. Every buyer we counsel is told the truth about value — including when the truth is to wait.
